This Policy should be read together with the EduWindow Terms of Service and other applicable policies and agreements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, EduWindow owns or has the necessary rights to use the intellectual property associated with the Services, including:
Access to the Services does not transfer ownership of these rights to an institution or user.
"EduWindow" and associated logos, names, marks, designs, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to EduWindow Private Limited.
Users and institutions may not use EduWindow branding in a manner that suggests ownership, partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization unless expressly permitted by EduWindow.
EduWindow names, logos, product names, service names, slogans, and other brand identifiers may be protected by applicable trademark or intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or registration of confusingly similar marks is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with the Terms of Service, EduWindow grants the subscribing institution a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services during the applicable subscription period.
This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property.
An institution or user does not receive any ownership or access rights to EduWindow's source code, internal infrastructure, proprietary algorithms, database architecture, undocumented APIs, or internal systems unless expressly agreed in writing.
The design, structure, layout, visual components, interaction patterns, workflows, navigation systems, and user experience of EduWindow are proprietary to EduWindow to the extent protected by applicable law.
Users must not reproduce or substantially copy the EduWindow interface or proprietary workflows for unauthorized purposes.
EduWindow's underlying technology, architecture, systems, databases, APIs, integrations, automation systems, algorithms, and technical processes remain the intellectual property of EduWindow or the relevant third-party rights holder.
Access to the platform does not grant any right to inspect, reproduce, modify, extract, or commercially exploit the underlying technology.
ADWO (Adaptive Digital Work Operator), including its architecture, workflows, prompts, system logic, integrations, orchestration methods, interfaces, and related technology developed or controlled by EduWindow, forms part of EduWindow's intellectual property to the extent protected by applicable law.
Users receive access to ADWO only as part of the applicable Services and do not acquire ownership of ADWO or its underlying technology.
Certain AI Features may use third-party artificial intelligence models, APIs, libraries, or infrastructure.
Rights in third-party AI technologies remain with their respective owners and are subject to applicable licenses and terms.
EduWindow's proprietary implementation, integration, workflows, interfaces, configurations, and technology remain subject to EduWindow's intellectual property rights.
Institutional data provided to or generated within the Services on behalf of an institution remains subject to the ownership rights of the institution, as described in the Terms of Service and applicable agreements.
EduWindow does not acquire ownership of institutional data merely because the data is stored, processed, analyzed, or displayed through the Services.
Institutions and authorized users retain applicable rights in content they upload or create through the Services, subject to:
By using the Services, the institution grants EduWindow the limited rights reasonably necessary to:
This license exists only for legitimate purposes connected with providing and operating the Services and applicable contractual obligations.
EduWindow does not acquire the right to publicly publish, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit identifiable institutional content merely because the institution uses the Services.
Any separate public, promotional, or marketing use of identifiable institution content requires appropriate authorization where applicable.
Reports, dashboards, analytics, documents, summaries, and other materials generated through EduWindow may contain both:
The underlying institutional data remains subject to the institution's applicable rights.
EduWindow retains rights in its proprietary platform elements.
Reports, PDFs, certificates, documents, exports, analytics, and other platform-generated materials may contain EduWindow branding, logos, watermarks, copyright notices, or other identification elements.
Where EduWindow branding or watermarking is applied by default, institutions and users must not:
The underlying institutional data contained in such reports remains subject to the institution's applicable rights.
Institutions may download, print, and internally share reports generated through the Services for legitimate institutional purposes, subject to applicable subscription terms.
Institutions must retain applicable EduWindow branding, watermarking, copyright notices, and identification elements contained in such reports.
Institutions and users must not resell, commercially redistribute, sublicense, or package EduWindow-generated platform materials as their own software, platform, or proprietary technology.
This restriction does not prevent an institution from using its own institutional data for legitimate internal institutional purposes.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, EduWindow is not provided as a white-label platform.
EduWindow branding and platform identity may remain visible within the Services and applicable generated materials.
Institutions may not represent EduWindow technology as independently developed by the institution.
The Services and related materials may contain copyright-protected software, documentation, designs, graphics, text, audiovisual materials, and other content.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works may violate applicable law.
The Services may contain third-party software, open-source components, APIs, libraries, fonts, graphics, technologies, or other intellectual property.
Such components remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to EduWindow or its institutions.
EduWindow may use open-source software components in its Services.
Such components remain subject to their applicable open-source licenses.
Where required by an applicable open-source license, relevant license notices or attribution may be provided.
Institutions and users may provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback regarding the Services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EduWindow may use such feedback to improve or develop the Services without creating an ownership obligation to the person providing the feedback, subject to applicable law.
If a person believes that content or technology made available through EduWindow infringes their intellectual property rights, they may submit a written notice to EduWindow.

Authorized API access is limited to the purposes and scope permitted by EduWindow.
Direct access to internal databases or infrastructure is not permitted.
Unless expressly authorized by EduWindow, users and institutions must not use unauthorized access to EduWindow to copy, reproduce, extract, or replicate proprietary technology for the purpose of creating or supporting a competing service where prohibited by applicable agreement or law.
Nothing in this Policy prevents lawful independent development based on independently created technology and information.
Unless a specific feature or agreement permits otherwise, institutions may not modify the core EduWindow branding, platform identity, or proprietary interface to represent the platform as an independently developed system.
Institution-specific information may be displayed within areas designed for institutional identification.
Improvements, modifications, enhancements, updates, features, workflows, technologies, and developments created by EduWindow in connection with the Services remain subject to EduWindow's applicable intellectual property rights.
Intellectual property created by EduWindow employees, interns, contractors, or other personnel specifically in connection with their engagement with EduWindow will be governed by applicable employment, contractor, internship, assignment, confidentiality, and intellectual property agreements.

EduWindow may take reasonable legal, technical, or operational measures to protect its intellectual property from unauthorized use, copying, extraction, distribution, or exploitation.
Users and institutions are responsible for ensuring that content, materials, data, documents, images, videos, trademarks, or other materials they upload or use through EduWindow do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Use of or access to the Services does not transfer ownership of any EduWindow intellectual property to an institution, administrator, teacher, student, parent, staff member, or other user.
Provisions relating to intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, restrictions on use, and other rights that by their nature should survive termination will continue after termination or expiration of the applicable subscription or agreement.
