Terms of Service

1. About EduWindow

EduWindow is an institutional technology platform designed to help schools, colleges, universities, coaching and tuition centres, pre-schools, and other educational institutions manage their academic, administrative, communication, analytics, and operational activities through a unified platform.

EduWindow may provide features including student management, teacher management, attendance, homework, tests, fees, communication, reports, analytics, institutional CRM, automation, and AI-powered tools.

The features available to an Institution may depend on its subscription plan, configuration, and applicable agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of EduWindow is subject to acceptance of these Terms.

Individual Users, including students, parents or guardians, teachers, staff, and administrators, may be required to accept these Terms through a mandatory electronic acceptance mechanism before accessing the Platform.

If acceptance is required, the User will not be permitted to access or use the applicable Platform until the required acceptance has been completed.

Institutions may also be subject to separate commercial, subscription, SaaS, or data processing agreements with EduWindow.

Where applicable, such agreements will govern the relationship between EduWindow and the Institution in addition to these Terms.

3. Institution and Individual Users

EduWindow primarily operates as a business-to-business institutional platform.

The Institution is generally the primary customer of EduWindow.

Students, parents or guardians, teachers, staff, and other authorized users access the Platform through the Institution and are not considered independent paying customers merely because they use EduWindow.

The Institution is responsible for managing its authorized users, accounts, roles, permissions, and institutional use of the Platform.

Individual Users are responsible for complying with these Terms and using EduWindow only within the permissions granted to them.

4. Account Responsibilities

Institutions are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for creating, managing, and deactivating authorized user accounts.

Users must keep their login credentials, passwords, OTPs, and other authentication information confidential.

Users must not share their accounts or credentials with unauthorized persons.

The Institution is responsible for promptly disabling access for users who are no longer authorized to use EduWindow.

EduWindow may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or compliance reasons.

5. Acceptable Use

EduWindow may be used only for legitimate institutional and educational purposes.

Users must not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, hack or reverse engineer the Platform, scrape data without authorization, abuse APIs, introduce malicious code, disrupt Platform availability, impersonate another person, engage in fraud, or use EduWindow for unlawful activities.

Users must not use EduWindow to copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit EduWindow's proprietary software, technology, workflows, or substantial functionality without authorization.
